From my visit to the Redwood in mid October, 2010, I got this conclusion. You have to be brave to go there seeing so many negative reviews. (I deeply regret not having googled the name before booking a room.) You have to be tough enough to shower in the sand-paper-like steel surrounded shower cubic, with one bonus that you won't need scrub cream any more -- just lightly touching the surface does the scrubbing job. You have to be strong to survive in the ice-cold room without any heating, with the lowest temperature being 36F in an October night!
