I have received the best customer service here out of any Verizon store I've ever been to. Sometimes you need to wait a bit, but that's retail, and it is so worth it. I think I've dealt with just about everyone who works here, they're all polite and so so helpful. As long as I'm near North Adams, this is the Verizon I'll be going to.
Unbelievably rude people that acted as if their customers were an issue to them. Nothing but a hassle since I switched from at&t.
Great staff, limited products die to the small space
I have been using this business to purchase my phone for years and have always had a great experience. Purchasing a phone can be time consuming, and you may end up in a queue, but when I have needed something the people here have worked to answer my questions or do the necessary research to find me a solution. The staff here also listen to my likes and dislikes before offering me my options and they do not try to upsell me to the most expensive device or plan. Their sales pitch is based on my patterns of living, not on their need to sell.
I recommend against doing business with this location.
Though Samsung messaged me saying that all we needed to do was return the phone to the point of purchase to receive a refund, the manager would not honor Samsung's terms.
I had poor custom service here trying to return a defective Samsung Note 6, you know, the type that might explode.
