Used parts are often mislabeled as a more expensive product, has happened to me twice. Either a crook or an idiot, either way made it so I would never trust taking something there to be serviced. Shop on newegg or ebay, better prices, and at least you can count on customer support and an actual return policy! If you need a cable or case screws its worth a stop, otherwise, don't say I didn't warn you!!!
