After being in an accident, the cops had my car towed due to bad tires. Mohawk was the closest to the scene of the accident. The tow truck driver was very friendly and answered all my questions. He willingly brought us back to the garage along with the car. There they searched for a pair of used tires to put on my car. He told me they would be very cheap and it would also be very cheap to put the tires on my car. Unfortunately, they didn't have any that were the size I needed. Although, they were very helpful in telling us where to buy the tires. They stayed open later than they would have to put the tires on my car. They were very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend them when needing a tow!
This was the worst experience I've had at an automotive place. The employees weren't friendly or helpful at all and actually lacked customer service. The prices were extremely high. The only saving grace was the wife of the owner who was ACTUALLY able to work with me. The rest had a "I could give a crap kind of attitude. I will never be going back there, and nor should anyone else. My best advice, take your business elsewhere.
I desperately needed a part for my Jeep @ 430 on a Saturday afternoon. Not only were they open and accommodating, they had the part at a GREAT price.
