Came to Ernies today shortly after 1pm after being frustrated with another dealership and in desperate need for a new vehicle. I spoke with Doug about what I was looking for and my price range. He showed me three vehicles that he thought I would be interested in and after returning from my test drive he informed me he could get me in my preferred vehicle same day! I was offered a very reasonable price for trade in value on my old vehicle and treated very well. My mother had bought her vehicle here last year and was very happy with it and I am confident I made the right choice in choosing Ernies today as well! I am walking out with a great vehicle only a few hours after coming in.
We traveled from Troy, NY to Ernie's after calling to confirm the vehicle was still available. Upon arrival, the truck was waiting for us to take for a test drive. Ernie was forthright and open during negotiations. Their offer for my trade-in was more than fair. Ernie even delivered the truck to my drive way after pre-sale service. I later took the truck to my mechanic for inspection where the service was confirmed, I was told it was an excellent vehicle and that we got an amazing deal. I had my eye on a certain Silverado Truck and went up there specifically to see it from New York. He gave me a straight bottom line on the phone and stuck with it, saving me time on haggling and the possibility of a trip wasted to Northern Mass.
