Used to live there
Seems like a nice mobile home park. I only looked at 2 units for sale: one by owner and one by real estate agent. I saw it in December with snow and ice on the grounds, so there wasn't any activity with people walking around and full lawns in view, and it was late in the afternoon with grey skies. Anyway, it was a 2 hour drive out there from Leominster, MA. I had to view therm because I'm in the market to purchase a mobile home, but I'm not sure yet if I really want to move that far away from my comfort zone (Worcester County). Undecided at this point on a personal note. Nothing wrong with the homes I saw or the park itself so far.
