Sat in the drive thru for six minutes no one bothered to try and take my order. No customers in the restaurant so it wasn't because they were busy. Food is consistently horrible at this BK anyway so really they did me a favor, thanks North Adams BK!

Worst BK EVER! Orders are constantly not right, staff is rude, building is old and dirty. If BK had an award for messing up the most orders - this location would have the trophy.
