Had this happen on more than one occasion. Our walkways are clear with absolutely no snow or ice. Delivers our regular mail, but then refuses to deliver our package saying that they "attempted" to deliver it but couldn't. WTF!! I wish I could rate no stars.
I love the USPS. You have to love an institution that is so much a part of our history but remains relevant to this day.

Saturdays are the worst for our route the mailman dont get here till super late or really never shows until monday
Horrible! i have 20 letters waiting to be picked up and mailed today. mail carrier walked right by, I called the office to ask why they did not stop. was told very rudely and yelled at by the Manny who answered the phone that " they dont have to pick up outgoing mail if you dont have any incoming mail period!"
