The woman examiner is a completely sickening, nasty, old hag with a vile attitude and disgusting manners. She needs to be investigated and subsequently fired. I'll be notifying the state about this, she'd better fix her attitude before she gets a pink slip.
I went there recently to renew my license and was in and out in less than ten minutes. The clerk was really nice when I had questions and, overall, the experience was great.

I went to North Adams after numerous people suggested it because of shorter wait times. The longest part was having to run to the bank for paperwork verifying my address, which was no fault of RMV. The staff were all friendly and helpful, it took me about 15 minutes altogether to switch from a VT license to MA.
The lady was so rud and agressiv.
