Tried to charge me $1.70 for an empty paper coffee cup. I spend hundreds of dollars at this run down store. Poor customer service, high prices, and expired products everywhere. Now they have lost a regular customer over an empty paper cup. Manager was snotty and claimed that it was policy, which I know for a fact that no such policy exists.
